1. What are the scope of services?
The Personal Assistant agrees to provide the Client with professional administrative and personal assistant services, including but not limited to:
Calendar and schedule management
Email and correspondence handling
Travel planning and coordination
Errands and personal tasks
Project and task management
Other services as agreed upon in writing
Any services outside this scope will require prior agreement and may be subject to additional fees.
2. When can I reach you working hours & availability?
The Personal Assistant will be available to perform services from Monday to Friday (weekdays) between 9:00 to 19:00 (GMT). Any work requested outside these hours may incur overtime fees subject to availability.
3. How will we communicate?
The preferred methods of communication will be [email/phone/messaging app]. The Personal Assistant will make every reasonable effort to respond to communications within 3 hours during business days.
4. How do we consider confidentiality?
The Personal Assistant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all personal, professional, and proprietary information shared by the Client. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement may be signed if required by either party.
5. How do we settle fees & payments?
The Client agrees to compensate the Personal Assistant at a rate of [Hourly Rate] per hour OR [Flat Fee/Retainer] per [week/month] depending on services provided
Invoices will be issued [week] and are due within 14 days of receipt.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, in-person card payment and payment link
Late payments are subject to a 10% interest fee after 14 days and services to be stopped.
6. How are expenses processed?
The Client agrees to reimburse the Personal Assistant for all pre-approved, reasonable expenses incurred on behalf of the Client. Receipts will be provided for all reimbursable expenses.
7. What if I need to cancel & terminate a contract?
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 14 days written notice.
The Client agrees to provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel any scheduled tasks; otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
8. How do I consider limitation of liability?
The Personal Assistant will perform duties to the best of their abilities but will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services or the actions of third parties.
9. What are the client responsibilities?
The Client agrees to provide necessary information, documentation, and cooperation to facilitate the completion of tasks and services in a timely manner.
